Forest Ointment

The ingredients of Forest Salve help relieve muscle pain: castor oil as well as oily extracts of fir and wintergreen, made from fir shoots and wintergreen leaves hand-picked by our family. The essential oils of black spruce, wintergreen and fir turpentine, in addition to their therapeutic qualities, give this balm an exquisite forest scent. It can also be used as a decongestant balm.

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil, balsam fir extract, wintergreen extract, fir gum, castor oil, sunflower oil, comfrey extract, vitamin E, essential oils of black spruce, wintergreen and fir turpentine.

USE

For muscle pain, apply a small amount to sore areas and massage in. If using as a decongestant, apply to forehead, under nose and chest, massaging gently.

WARNING

Always do a skin test on a small area of skin, usually in the crease of the elbow. Wash your hands before application but avoid putting water in the pot as the product will be contaminated.
